الشروط والأحكام

These terms explain the basis on which Al Bahar Press prepares quotations and produces custom printing and packaging orders. The accepted quotation remains the specific commercial agreement for each project.

توضح هذه الشروط الأساس الذي تعتمد عليه مطبعة البحار في إعداد عروض الأسعار وتنفيذ طلبات الطباعة والتغليف المخصصة. ويبقى عرض السعر المعتمد هو الاتفاق التجاري الخاص بكل مشروع.

Quotations and orders

Each quotation is prepared from the specifications provided by the customer, including product type, dimensions, quantity, material, printing method and finishing. An order is confirmed only when the quotation is accepted and any requested payment and production requirements have been completed.

عروض الأسعار والطلبات

يُعد كل عرض سعر بناءً على المواصفات المقدمة من العميل، بما في ذلك نوع المنتج والمقاسات والكمية والخامة وطريقة الطباعة والتشطيبات. ولا يُعد الطلب مؤكداً إلا بعد اعتماد عرض السعر واستكمال الدفعة المطلوبة ومتطلبات بدء الإنتاج.

Artwork and approval

Before production, Al Bahar Press sends the final artwork to the customer for review and written approval through WhatsApp or another written channel. Where a physical or production sample is provided, it must also be approved before the full quantity is produced. The customer is responsible for checking all wording, spelling, dimensions, colours, logos and other details. Approval authorises production, and changes requested afterwards may affect the price and completion schedule.

التصاميم والاعتماد

قبل بدء الإنتاج، ترسل مطبعة البحار التصميم النهائي إلى العميل لمراجعته واعتماده كتابياً عبر واتساب أو أي وسيلة كتابية أخرى. وفي حال تقديم عينة فعلية أو إنتاجية، يجب اعتمادها أيضاً قبل تنفيذ الكمية كاملة. ويتحمل العميل مسؤولية مراجعة جميع النصوص والإملاء والمقاسات والألوان والشعارات وسائر التفاصيل. ويُعد الاعتماد موافقة على بدء الإنتاج، وقد تؤثر أي تعديلات تُطلب بعده في السعر وموعد الإنجاز.

Colour and production tolerances

A colour variation of approximately 10–12% may occur between the approved design, screen display, digital proof, sample and final printed product. The result varies according to the colour, substrate, material, ink, finishing and printing method used. By approving the artwork and sample, the customer acknowledges and accepts this normal production variation.

الألوان ونسب التفاوت الإنتاجية

قد يحدث اختلاف في الألوان بنسبة تقريبية تتراوح بين 10% و12% بين التصميم المعتمد أو العرض على الشاشة أو البروفة الرقمية أو العينة وبين المنتج المطبوع النهائي. وتختلف النتيجة بحسب اللون والخامة ونوع المادة والحبر والتشطيب وطريقة الطباعة المستخدمة. وباعتماد التصميم والعينة، يقر العميل بتفهمه وقبوله لهذا التفاوت الطبيعي في الإنتاج.

Production times

Estimated completion times begin after confirmation of the order, receipt of required payment and final artwork approval. Timelines may change due to material availability, production capacity, technical issues, external finishing or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will communicate material changes whenever possible.

مدة الإنتاج

تبدأ مدة الإنجاز التقديرية بعد تأكيد الطلب واستلام الدفعة المطلوبة واعتماد التصميم النهائي. وقد تتغير المدة بسبب توفر الخامات أو ضغط الإنتاج أو الأعطال الفنية أو أعمال التشطيب الخارجية أو الظروف الخارجة عن نطاق سيطرتنا المعقولة، وسنقوم بإبلاغ العميل بأي تغيير جوهري متى أمكن.

Payments, custom-made products and cancellation

All deposits, advance payments and other amounts paid are non-refundable. Printed and custom-made products are prepared specifically for each customer. Once the artwork or sample has been approved, materials have been ordered or production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or changed except with Al Bahar Press’s written approval, and any resulting cost will be charged to the customer.

الدفعات والمنتجات المخصصة والإلغاء

جميع العربونات والدفعات المقدمة وأي مبالغ مدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترجاع. وتُجهز المطبوعات والمنتجات المخصصة خصيصاً لكل عميل. وبعد اعتماد التصميم أو العينة أو طلب الخامات أو بدء الإنتاج، لا يجوز إلغاء الطلب أو تعديله إلا بموافقة كتابية من مطبعة البحار، ويتحمل العميل أي تكاليف تترتب على ذلك.

Collection, delivery and inspection

Customers must inspect completed goods at collection or delivery and immediately report any production concern with the order reference, photographs and affected quantity. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is collected or delivered to the customer or their representative. Al Bahar Press is not responsible for damage occurring after handover, including damage caused by transport, storage, moisture, heat, handling or third parties.

الاستلام والتوصيل والفحص

يجب على العميل فحص المنتجات عند الاستلام وإبلاغنا فوراً بأي ملاحظة إنتاجية، مع تزويدنا برقم الطلب والصور والكمية المتأثرة. وتنتقل مسؤولية الفقد أو التلف إلى العميل فور استلام الطلب أو تسليمه إلى مندوبه. ولا تتحمل مطبعة البحار مسؤولية أي تلف يحدث بعد التسليم، بما في ذلك التلف الناتج عن النقل أو التخزين أو الرطوبة أو الحرارة أو سوء المناولة أو الغير.

Intellectual property

Customers confirm that they have permission to reproduce all submitted names, logos, images, fonts and artwork. Al Bahar Press is not responsible for claims arising from customer-supplied content. Our production files, calculations, layouts and working methods remain our property unless agreed otherwise in writing.

الملكية الفكرية

يؤكد العميل امتلاكه حق استخدام وإعادة إنتاج جميع الأسماء والشعارات والصور والخطوط والتصاميم المقدمة. ولا تتحمل مطبعة البحار المسؤولية عن أي مطالبات ناشئة عن محتوى مقدم من العميل. وتبقى ملفات الإنتاج والحسابات والقوالب وأساليب العمل ملكاً لنا ما لم يُتفق كتابياً على خلاف ذلك.

Business entities

Orders are supplied by the Al Bahar Press entity identified on the relevant quotation or invoice. Bahrain CR: 96791-1. Saudi Arabia CR: 2609583097. The applicable quotation and local law govern the commercial relationship for each order.

الكيانات التجارية

يتم تنفيذ الطلبات من خلال كيان مطبعة البحار الموضح في عرض السعر أو الفاتورة ذات الصلة. السجل التجاري البحريني: 96791-1، والسجل التجاري السعودي: 2609583097. ويخضع كل طلب لعرض السعر المعتمد والأنظمة المحلية السارية.
